By accessing or using the Vera platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Vera grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You agree not to:

• Post misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate listing information.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

All listings must be for real properties that the poster has the authority to sell or lease. Listings are subject to 30-day verification. Unverified listings will be automatically archived. Financial figures must be labeled as “Actual” or “Pro Forma.”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Vera makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing data. Users should independently verify all information before making investment decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vera and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
